🛑 Hey Parents! ❓ How prepared is your daughter to handle unexpected or potentially dangerous situations with confidence?

💪 Does she know basic self-defense techniques?
🚶♀️ Does she understand situational awareness?
🚧 Can she set clear boundaries in tricky situations?
👭 Does she use the "buddy system" consistently?
🆘 Does she have a plan of action if she needs a quick exit?
📱 Does she know when and how to call for help?
🚩 Is she aware of common risks, red flags, and ploys, and how to avoid them?
🤜 Our emPOWERment Self-Defense Classes for Girls provide practical safety skills while fostering confidence and awareness.
🤜 Each class is tailored to be age-appropriate and encourages continued conversations with parents at home.
